April appointed to resource a single Candidate for Electrical Engineering role at a major retail site in Cardiff.
By July quickly become a prime resource for recruitment for our Client, primarily in the South Western region.
End of September appointed as first tier supplier for Western Region controlling the second tier of agencies to overall success.

The Process
All communication from the sales Team is carried out directly with the HR Team through a web based system. The information offered through this web based system is picked up by the Account Manager and correlated with the needs of Site. All requests from Site are referred back to the HR Team and the web management control system.
All Candidates were interviewed face to face with a standard interview routine.
Two references were taken for each Candidate, one from a previous employer and one from a previous co-worker offering a balanced view.
All certificates and qualifications were authenticated.
All Administration Candidates were tested for I.T. competency (where required).
Pier Consulting over the period of one year have recorded a 33% CV presentation to offer score and a 75% offer to start score. This means every 3rd CV’s presented leads to an offer and for every 20 Candidates offered a role within the Client, 15 accept and start.
Pier Consulting have a zero refund record with the Client.
It was reported to the Directors that by late 2008 the Company was responsible for 85% of our Clients permanent recruitment spend.
We are currently supplying over 100 contract workers to sites across the Western Region with exceptional feedback in terms of quality of supply.
