Based in South Wales, serving the UK, we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver a full and professional service to a short yet impressive list of Clients.
We find we are quite rare in the recruitment industry that we actively seek to support our Clients projects from inception to completion. For example by seeing the Projects through to handover and going on to be there, not only for our Project Customers but for their supply chain as well.
We are currently, for example, supporting a number of prime office development, mixed use schemes and Government Projects across the UK with Project Managers, Engineers, Electricians, Social Housing Managers and Retail Store Fit-Out Managers etc.

So what does our service include at Pier Consulting?
- 1. A fixed, open book, margin for both Permanent and Contract Recruitment Service.
- 2. Adherence to both the REC Code of Professional Conduct and the Construction Code of Practice.
- 3. Assignment of a Specialist Manager to your account. Contact to be made once per week by phone and email to outline available Candidates.
- 4. All relevant Candidates interviewed by Pier Consulting will be informed that we are preferred suppliers to your business and will be assessed for suitability against pre-agreed fixed selection criteria. Should they meet this criteria but no post be available the Candidates details will be retained in a bespoke data-base.
- 5. CV’s for Permanent or Contract vacancies are offered in a standard format with full interview notes.
- 6. References will be gained from previous employers along with previous work colleagues.
- 7. Additional services, such as salary surveys and competitor surveys, may also be drawn upon.
