Sheryn has been with Pier Consulting for almost 3 years. She takes on the role of the office Receptionist where she is the first point of contact. Her role involves directing the calls to the right department, ensuring queries are dealt with immediately and passing all calls to the relevant person in a timely manner.
Sheryn also deals with all Administration within Pier Consulting. This includes the starter packs for tradesmen starting work with us, details of assignments and Client contracts. She also plays a part in the payroll process aiding with getting the invoices sent out to the Clients accurately and on time.
Along with this Sheryn controls our new registrations. Her data entry skills ensure that the information on each candidate is entered correctly onto our database and promptly sends out the registration packs along with updating the information once we receive these back.
When not in the office discussing last night’s episode of The Walking Dead, Sheryn can be found spending her weekends at the Skate Park or Cinema with her little boy who is 7 years old.
Once he’s is tucked up in bed, Sheryn likes to settle down with a good Box Set, presently The Walking Dead (as you can see, big fan). She also enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her most recent nephew, admiring his little feet.
