What we do for RDM Electrical Services Ltd.
We have worked with RDM Electrical Services since 2009 and developed strong working relationships with site teams and management. Now, we are a trusted recruitment partner supporting requirements for additional mechanical, electrical and supervisory operatives.
In 2014, we began working with RDM on the student accommodation buildings at Swansea University. Experienced operatives were needed to assist in the delivery of these projects until 2018/19 and we worked with site teams across all phases of the project.
As a client, RDM need to know the skills of all operatives prior to engagement. We have robust processes in place to gather important data regarding every worker we propose, and we work closely with management and site teams to deliver their high standards.
To comply with certain site requirements, we have delivered and organised IPAF training for proposed labour for the Grange Hospital.
RDM have recognised the importance of our apprenticeship scheme, and have taken on a pipefitter apprentice and employed him directly. We have subsequently transferred his apprenticeship to RDM.
