Our client is one of the largest family owned construction, property services and development companies in the United Kingdom.
THE JOB BRIEF
The role will require a site manager to manage the construction of residential properties as part of the company’s residential development programme in Cardiff. Your role will involve supervising and overseeing the direction of the contract, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and monitoring costs. You will work closely with the client to ensure all work is carried out correctly and within the allocated time, managing sub-contractors on site and procuring extra operatives as necessary. You will ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures through routine safety inspections and maintain quality control procedures.
DURATION OF WORKS
Around 1 years work with the possibility for the right site manager to continue onto further projects with this client or other clients of ours.

- Demolition Experience
- New Build Housing Experience
