Mechanical Labour Supply:-

Included in the development is the £39.8m student accommodation. The striking 21-storey tower with distinctive cladding, will house 244 students, with a further 531 accommodated within the surrounding six to eight storey brick-clad structures. It will provide home away from home facilities, including a cinema, study areas, private dining, library, games area, and a gymnasium.

Working with one of our long-standing clients we have been providing mechanical labour to this project since June 2020. 

In these photos you will see our Plumber Tom, sporting the stylish Pier facemask, and our young trainee, Josh. Our client asked us to engage Josh on this project. Through our affiliation with BESA, we have helped Josh to gain his CSCS card, as well as complete additional training including working at heights and manual handling. Here, you can see Josh being shown the way of “soldering” by our experienced Level 3 Plumber “Dan Taps”.
