Mechanical Labour Supply:-

The Hospital Sterilisation and Decontamination Unit (HSDU) plays a key role in the delivery of surgical services at the Grange University Hospital. The HSDU unit was to be a purpose built unit adjacent to the Specialist and Critical Care Centre (SCCC).

Following a previous successful project supplying the mechanical labour force for a client at the Cwmbran Hospital, Pier were approached to provide the labour for this project on the grounds of the recently completed Grange Hospital.

Due to the amount of technical pipework and installation required, we called on some of our most experienced mechanical trades to ensure our client received the workforce they required.

Overall, we supplied the following operatives for this project: mechanical supervision, plumbers (silver solder), pipefitters and welders.
