Located at Maindy Park in the heart of Cardiff, the campus is the door to innovation at Cardiff University. The hub will provide cutting-edge facilities that will help researchers and students work across disciplines and with partners, to influence policy and build enterprises that create products, spin-outs, start-ups and social enterprises.

As a project for a long-standing Pier client, we were tasked with sourcing a number of highly competent electrical trades including: qualified electricians, electrical improvers, and electrical mates. At the peak of the project, we had 24 electrical trades on site to assist our client with the electrical installation.

The project was a combined M&E project for our client and so we were also requested to source mechanical operatives for this project. In particular, a number of pipefitters with significant experience with screwed iron pipework installation, as well as commercial plumbers and mates. At the project’s peak, we had 12 mechanical operatives on site.
